WHAT SIXMINUTES AI HANDLES

The paperwork gets done. Quietly.

Nine automations working in the background of every matter: intake, correspondence, deadlines, and billing. Your lawyers stay on billable work.

Instant intake triage

New matters arrive classified by practice area and urgency, with a briefing note ready for the lawyer's first read.

Personal InjuryHigh urgencyConflict: none

Live ROI dashboard

Every automation is logged with the minutes it saved and rolled into recovered revenue in real dollars.

Conflict flagging

Every party and entity is surfaced for conflict-of-interest checks before you take the case.

One-click drafting

Client emails, engagement letters, next-step plans, and deadline scans, each from a single click.

Billing capture

Raw activity notes become clean, invoice-ready time entries. No more reconstructing your day to bill it.

Built for teams

Invite your whole firm. Each member gets a secure login; every matter stays private.

WHY SIXMINUTES AI

Built for the way lawyers actually work.

~1 hr/day

Reclaim the time intake and billing notes quietly eat from every lawyer's schedule.

Real dollars

See recovered revenue add up live. The ROI is impossible to ignore when it's on screen.

10 sec

Draft a client email in seconds instead of ten minutes. It is the kind of tool a team uses daily.

HOW IT WORKS

Live in minutes, not months.

01

Sign up your firm

Create an account and invite your team. No installs, no IT project.

02

Run your matters

Intake, drafting, and billing happen with one click as you work each case.

03

Watch revenue return

The dashboard shows recovered hours and dollars climbing in real time.

Billing narratives

Your notes, ready to bill.

Log your work on each matter the way you already do. SixMinutes turns rough notes into clean, invoice-ready narratives, totals the time, and puts every entry in one place to review and approve.

01

Jot it down

Add quick notes to the matter as you work: calls, emails, drafting. Shorthand is fine.

02

AI writes the narrative

Notes are cleaned up, de-duplicated and totalled into a client-ready billing narrative on the right matter.

03

Review, then approve

Edit any narrative or strike an entry. Nothing is billed until a lawyer approves it.

Security

Built for privileged work.

Your firm's client files are the most sensitive data you hold. SixMinutes is built so they stay yours.

Isolated by firm

Every firm's matters live in their own space. Nothing is ever shared or visible across firms.

Encrypted in transit

All traffic runs over TLS, and passwords are stored only as salted bcrypt hashes.

You control access

Sign-in is required for everything. Firm owners decide who joins and which matters they work on.

Never used for training

Your firm's data and your clients' information are never used to train AI models.

Firm intelligence

Firm intelligence, at a glance.

See how work adds up across your firm. Understand team activity, compare client and practice-area workloads, and track the dollar value of every hour SixMinutes gives back, in one clear view.

QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know.

Is my clients' data secure and private?

Yes. Every firm's data is fully isolated: matters are never shared across firms, and access requires an authenticated login. You control who on your team has access.

Do I need to install anything?

No. SixMinutes AI runs in your browser. Sign up, invite your team, and you're working in minutes, with no IT project and no downloads.

Does this replace my lawyers?

Never. SixMinutes AI automates the non-billable busywork (intake, drafting, time capture) so your lawyers spend more time on the work only they can do.

How does early access work?

During early access, SixMinutes AI is free for your whole firm: full features, no credit card. When paid plans launch you'll get notice first, and you can choose a plan then (or walk away; your data stays yours).

What will it cost after early access?

Simple per-lawyer pricing: Growing Firm at $99/lawyer, Established Firm at $79/lawyer, and custom Enterprise plans for 75+ lawyers. See the pricing section above.

Where small firms lose billable hours

Most unbilled time isn't lost on big tasks. It leaks out through short emails, quick calls and the admin around every matter.

Lawyers who reconstruct their time at the end of the day or week tend to remember the big blocks: the drafting session, the hearing, the meeting. What falls away are the five-minute tasks: replying to a client, a quick call with opposing counsel, reviewing a document before forwarding it.

Each one is small, but across a full day they add up, and in a small firm every hour that goes unrecorded comes straight off revenue.

The fix is to note time as it happens rather than from memory, and to make turning those notes into bill-ready entries effortless, so the small tasks make it onto the invoice.

0.1 or 0.25? Choosing your billing increment

Six-minute and fifteen-minute increments both have a place. What matters is applying yours consistently.

Many Canadian firms bill in tenths of an hour (six minutes), while some practices use quarter hours. Smaller increments track the real work more closely and are easier to defend when a client questions an invoice.

Whichever you choose, apply it the same way every time and say so in your retainer agreement. Inconsistent rounding is a common source of client disputes.

Clear, consistent narratives help too: a client who can see exactly what each tenth of an hour paid for is far less likely to push back.

Questions to ask before adopting AI in your firm

Before any AI tool touches client files, get clear answers on isolation, access and training.

Your duty of confidentiality doesn't change when you adopt new software. Before you sign up, ask every vendor three questions. Is our firm's data kept separate from every other customer's? Who on our team can see which matters? Is any of our data used to train AI models?

Check your law society's guidance on technology competence and client consent, and get a vendor's answers in writing.

SixMinutes keeps each firm's data isolated, requires sign-in for every action, and never uses your data to train models.

RESPONSIBLE USE & LEGAL

How to use SixMinutes AI safely

SixMinutes AI is a productivity tool for legal professionals. It is not a law firm and not a substitute for a lawyer's judgment. Please review these guidelines.

SixMinutes AI is not legal advice

SixMinutes AI is software that assists licensed legal professionals with administrative work. It does not provide legal advice, does not practice law, and using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. Nothing generated by SixMinutes AI should be relied upon as legal advice.

AI output is a draft. Always review it

Features such as intake triage, conflict flags, client email drafting, and billing summaries are AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. A qualified lawyer must review, verify, and approve all output before it is sent, filed, billed, or relied upon. You are responsible for the final work product.

You remain professionally responsible

Users are solely responsible for compliance with their professional and ethical obligations, including the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct, competence, supervision of AI tools, independent verification of conflicts and citations, and client confidentiality. SixMinutes AI does not replace those duties.

Confidentiality & client data

Only enter information you are authorized to process. You are responsible for obtaining any client consent required to use third-party software with their information. Each firm's data is isolated from other firms. AI processing may involve third-party AI providers; do not enter information you are not permitted to share with such providers.

No warranty & limitation of liability

SixMinutes AI is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SixMinutes AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the software. Your use is at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with third-party service providers.

8. Third-party AI & subprocessors. The Service uses third-party providers (including AI model providers) to process content. By using AI features you authorize such processing. We are not responsible for third-party services' acts or omissions.
